Cancellation Policy

For dispute/ chargeback cases kindly provide Invoice copy & Proof of service booking copy

  • Up to 20 days before arrival: no cancellation fees. Only processing fee of ₹ 500 + GST
  • Between 20 and 7 days in advance of the date of arrival: 50% of the total reservation + tax on full booking amount + processing fee of ₹500 + GST
  • 6 days and less in advance of the date of arrival, no show and cut short stays: 100% of the total reservation
  • CONVENIENCE FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund within reasonable administrative time. The processing can take up to two weeks in India.

For international transfers, there will be an additional deductible transaction fee applicable as per the policy of the bank/payment gateway. We will be transferring the amount due, subsequent to deducting the statutory/transaction/bank/payment gateway expenses or any other that might apply to such a transaction and can take up to twelve weeks for completion.

For partial refunds against cancellation, that tax liability is at the full booking rate. The refund shall only be of the pre-tax amount.

Service Delivery

Upon completion of payment, the guest/agent will within a few hours, receive a confirmation email with a voucher number by email or can access it by logging into the personal profile, that is valid for utilisation for a said service
