Cancellation Policy

For dispute/ chargeback cases kindly provide Invoice copy & Proof of service booking copy

  • More than 30 days before the date of check-in: Rs.500 service charge
  • 29 - 15 days before the date of check-in: 25% of booking amount + Rs.500 deducted
  • 14 - 7 days before the date of check-in: 50% of booking amount + Rs.500 deducted
  • 6 days or less before the date of check-in: No refund
  • CONVENIENCE FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund within reasonable administrative time. The processing can take upto two weeks in India. For international transfers, the bank transfer fee, if any, may apply accordingly and can take up to twelve weeks for completion.

For partial refunds against cancellation, that tax liability is at the full booking rate. The refund shall only be from the pre-tax amount.

Service Delivery

Upon completion of payment, the guest/agent will within a few hours, receive a confirmation email with a voucher number by email or can access it by logging into the personal profile, that is valid for utilisation for a said service
